Por eso, nuestra participaci\u00f3n en la octava edici\u00f3n de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.expoinclusion.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expoinclusi\u00f3n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en el Centro Cultural Estaci\u00f3n Mapocho fue mucho m\u00e1s que asistir a un evento; fue una oportunidad para conectar con el coraz\u00f3n de nuestra misi\u00f3n en Chile.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Una Oportunidad \u00danica de Conexi\u00f3n y Colaboraci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expoinclusi\u00f3n 2025 reuni\u00f3 a un vibrante ecosistema de m\u00e1s de 100 empresas, fundaciones, startups y profesionales de la salud, todos comprometidos con un futuro m\u00e1s inclusivo. Para nuestro equipo, fue el escenario perfecto para dialogar con otros emprendimientos y profesionales que, como nosotros, buscan derribar barreras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas conversaciones nos permitieron explorar alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas para fortalecer nuestra plataforma de coordinaci\u00f3n de cuidados. Conectar con otros innovadores nos inspira y nos abre puertas para integrar nuevas soluciones que hagan m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de las familias que enfrentan una enfermedad rara.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Escuchando las Historias que Dan Sentido a Nuestro Trabajo<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El momento m\u00e1s valioso de nuestra participaci\u00f3n fue, sin duda, el encuentro directo con las familias y pacientes adultos que se acercaron a nuestro stand. Escuchar de primera mano sus desaf\u00edos, sus esperanzas y sus necesidades es lo que da forma y prop\u00f3sito a cada una de nuestras herramientas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada conversaci\u00f3n reafirm\u00f3 la importancia de construir soluciones <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">con<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la comunidad, no solo <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ella. Las historias de los cuidadores sobre la atenci\u00f3n fragmentada y las prioridades de los pacientes adultos sobre su calidad de vida nos recuerdan por qu\u00e9 nuestro enfoque de co-dise\u00f1o es tan crucial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s de escuchar, tuvimos la oportunidad de promover nuestras herramientas de apoyo para la vida diaria.
